To begin, navigate to https://support.fastly.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=89066 to open an abuse case support ticket.

When guided to their support page, select Abuse/DMCA/DSA
- Fill in your email address and a detailed description of the abuse taking place.
- For the category, click on the dropdown and select the option that best fits for your use-case.
- Take a screenshot of the abuse taking place with a current time stamp. In the “Attachments” portion of the form, select “Add Files” and load your evidence screenshots.
- Click Submit. Shortly after submission, you should receive a generic email response with a case number that allows you to track the progress of your request.
