To begin, navigate to [https://support.fastly.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket\_form\_id=89066](https://support.fastly.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=89066) to open an abuse case support ticket. 2. Take a screenshot of the abuse taking place with a current time stamp. Click Submit. Shortly after submission, you should receive a generic email response with a case number that allows you to track the progress of your request.
